No. We do not believe that insurance should be a barrier to care. Therefore, we offer transparent pricing and no insurance requirements. As a cash-pay performance clinic, we are allowed to provide IC360 extended consultation time, structured oversight, and direct physician management without insurance limitations. Most of our services qualify for FSA/HSA payments.
We do not plan to accept insurance in the future, as insurance rarely covers the treatments that we offer. If you are interested in insurance coverage, please call our office for recommended clinics in the area
Payments are due at the time of service. Prices vary based on services selected. Most of our prices are listed on the website, but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our office.
If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours before the appointment date, your account is subject to incurring a $30.00 “No Show” fee.
IC360provides both in-person and telehealth for clients located in the Houston area depending on clinical needs. Some services are also offered state-wide through telehealth.
