How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments are requested through our online form (request consultation).  After submission, you will receive a secure intake packet. Once completed, you will be contacted to confirm scheduling.

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not believe that insurance should be a barrier to care. Therefore, we offer transparent pricing and no insurance requirements.  As a cash-pay performance clinic, we are allowed to provide IC360  extended consultation time, structured oversight, and direct physician management without insurance limitations. Most of our services qualify for FSA/HSA payments.

Will you accept insurance in the future?

We do not plan to accept insurance in the future, as insurance rarely covers the treatments that we offer. If you are interested in insurance coverage, please call our office for recommended clinics in the area

How will I know how much money to bring to my appointment?

Payments are due at the time of service. Prices vary based on services selected. Most of our prices are listed on the website, but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our office.

What if I don’t show up for my appointment and forget to call?

Accepted Answer

If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours before the appointment date, your account is subject to incurring a $30.00 “No Show” fee.

Is IC360 telehealth or in-person?

IC360provides both in-person and telehealth for clients located in the Houston area depending on clinical needs.  Some services are also offered state-wide through telehealth.

All programs are physician-led and structured regardless of format.

Are laboratory studies required?

Requirements depend on the service of interest.

Baseline laboratory evaluation is required for hormone therapy and medical weight loss programs to ensure safety and appropriate protocol development.

Follow-up laboratory monitoring is required for ongoing optimization.

Is this a subscription service?

Clients may enroll in structured monthly oversight programs, but IC360 does not operate as an automated subscription medication service.
