Health coaches help you get “unstuck” so that you can reach your health care goals easier and faster. Through motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, health coaches help you work through your thoughts and help you follow through with the changes you’d like to see. Our health coaches also provide accountability, encouragement and support throughout the process.

Yes, we operate on an all appointment system. Same day appointments are available for acute and urgent care, but must be confirmed by our office staff prior to arrival. Prescription Refill: We Do not accept prescription refills over the phone or through fax. In-person Medical Appointments Not all medical concerns can be handled by a phone or video consult. If you have a new medical condition or a worsening condition, you may be expected to be seen in-clinic. If you require a prescription renewal, it is standard medical practice to monitor you while on your medication, and you may be required to be seen by your doctor. Please keep track of your prescriptions and book an appointment with your physician for refills.
